My role is a central one, operating across all academies within the trust to lead on all aspects of HR.  I am responsible for ensuring we attract, develop and retain the highest possible calibre of staff to work in our academies to enable us to provide an outstanding standard of education to the young people and communities we serve.  As part of the trust leadership team, I provide HR advice and guidance on employment issues and lead on setting the HR strategy for the trust.

I love the variety my role brings through the constantly evolving nature as our trust grows and we find innovative ways of meeting new challenges and collaborating with others to get the best for our students.
