SNO zone which are based at the Xscape Glasshoughton came to visit NEW College for the day and brought in their new snow board simulator for both students and staff to have a go on.

The idea behind the visit is to build a partnership between NEW College and SNO zone in order to give NEW College students special discounted rates to choose snow boarding as an enrichment activity this summer and for new students starting in September 2009.

This will stretch above and beyond the traditional enrichment activities of such as netball, football, rugby and the like!
