Up and coming local band Skinny Living performed their new single and a selection of their other tracks in the Common Room at NEW College on Friday as a warm up gig to their appearance at the First Direct Arena on the 19th October supporting Jake Bugg.
Head of Music at NEW College, Michelle Colvill said: “The students clearly enjoyed the performance, and it certainly gave budding musicians inspiration from those who are only a few years older than themselves.”
Skinny Living have been touring around the UK and Europe this year, building up support and promoting their music. They will be performing at The Ridings shopping centre in Wakefield on the 2nd November.
