Progression from Year 12 - Year 13

To progress from Year 12 to Year 13 in a course that a student has chosen they need to gain at least a grade E pass in this subject.  Some subjects stipulate that students have to achieve at least an E grade in the part of the course which is assessed by an exam.  It is expected that students will also have a good level of attendance, behaviour and commitment.  It is also essential that a student taking a Level 3 programme (such as an A Level) needs to attend college after the completion of their examinations in the final term as identified in the College calendar.  Lessons will occur during June and July when the second year of the course will commence.  Students who have not attended these sessions will be unable to progress onto the second year of study.
