NEW College students attended an external Customer Service & Cabin Crew assessment day in Birmingham and all passed with flying colours and received their ‘wings’.

The students demonstrated their knowledge and skills in written examinations and practical demonstrations in a real aircraft cabin. They were also assessed on their problem solving and team working skills. Students enjoyed their day and felt the course was a valuable addition to their A Level studies. Their teacher, Maxine Murphy said, ‘the students have worked extremely hard to meet the standard necessary to meet the requirements of the assessment day; they must be congratulated on their achievement’.

The College offers the Cabin Crew course as part of our enrichment programme which is offered to all students.
