NEW College have linked with Featherstone Lions to provide a college-club link for students aged 16-19 years. Featherstone Lions are hoping to bridge their under 17 gap by forming a team this coming season. NEW College have had a host of talent attend the college who played at Featherstone Lions, Tom and Jack Briscoe being the most recent, who are now both professional players at Hull FC. The player development pathway is in place at the Lions. Players can move up every age group as of this season, as all age gaps are up and running and form very successful teams.
