All our students are subject to the same disciplinary processes which are aimed at returning them to successful studies whenever possible.  However, as a part of conducting an investigation into the more serious allegations, it may be necessary to exclude students on a temporary basis.  In a very small number of cases the outcome may be to permanently exclude a student.  This is usually because the severity of the offence means that their return to study is not possible.  NEW College reserves the right to exclude any student whose poor behaviour is hindering their own studies and/or those of other students.
